The reliable Magnum Chainsaw Backup Machete with a straight blade made of coated 420 in this version, is particularly popular in South America. The robust machete does not leave its owner in the lurch even in the tropical rainforest and is a serious forestry tool for limbing and young growth maintenance. The solid flat-angled construction with four screwed rubberised handle scales lies comfortably in the hand, while the optimum balance of the blade thickness and the length as well as the ergonomic handle design allow fatigue-free work. The lug on the handle doubles as a lanyard hole. A robust, lined nylon sheath with a double push-button lock protects both the machete and its wearer.
